In the first quarter of this year, Macroblock’s revenue was 684 million yuan (Note: NT, the same below), which grew 12.1% year-on-year. The company said that the main driving force for growth was the better-than-expected shipment of large-area display driver ICs. The original company was optimistic about the mainland market this year. Shipments, but in addition to the mainland customer shipments in line with expectations, the United States, South Korea's major indoor shipments of large screen display customers pull goods is better than expected, led to significant growth in revenue.

For the quarter's revenue outlook, Macroblock pointed out that according to the previous industry cycle, revenue and profit in the second quarter will be better than in the first quarter; legal persons estimate that there will be an opportunity for quarterly revenue growth of approximately 10%.

In terms of gross profit performance, Macroblock stated that after the experience of a sharp drop in gross profit margin in the second quarter of last year, the company strictly controls the proportion of its current standard and niche product shipments. The proportion of products accounted for about 3 to 40%, the company estimates that the first quarter of this year, the gross profit margin is expected to remain at 29%.

In terms of new product shipments, Macroblock emphasized that the company has relatively early deployments of small-pitch products in driver IC plants. At present, it seems that Mini LED display driver ICs should begin shipping in the third quarter of this year. It is expected that mobile-related customers will be the main players at the initial stage. Starting next year, shipments of Mini LED display driver ICs will increase significantly, which is expected to be another driving force for the growth of the company's operations.
